questions
where is my stuff stored?
in a secure space managed by our team at your uni. we take photos at pickup so you know exactly what we have.
what if something doesn't sell?
at the end of september we'll check in. you can collect unsold items, donate them, or leave them with us for next term.
how do i get paid?
connect your bank once items are sold. we pay out each item as it sells, so money trickles in through september.
can i cancel?
yes, any time up to 24 hours before pickup. after we've collected, items are with us for the summer.
who prices my items?
our scanner gives you an estimated basket value range. we set final listing prices in august based on what's selling.
